To review
Stork Player is a media player. It does not provide, broadcast or sell any TV channels, films, series or playlists. You use your own sources, for which you must hold the rights or authorization. Stork Player does not endorse any unauthorized use of copyright-protected content.
1. What the service is
Stork Player is a media playback application. It does not provide, host or distribute any channel, any stream or any audiovisual content. The user configures their own source (an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes access), and is solely responsible for its lawfulness.
2. Account and device
Using Stork Player requires an account on storkplayer.com and the linking of a device through a public identifier (device_id) and a single-use linking code. An activation in progress allows a single device to be used.
2 bis. Access without an account
To review
Creating an account is not compulsory. A device can be managed from this site by entering its public identifier and its six-digit key, both shown in the application under Settings → Device.
That key amounts to access to the device’s playlists: it must not be disclosed. You may replace it at any time from the application, which immediately ends every web session open for that device.
To protect devices from repeated guessing, the number of failed sign-in attempts is limited: per device, per network, and for each address you sign in from. Once a limit is reached, signing in is refused for a time, including with a correct key.
An address you have already signed in from successfully is given a wider margin — that is what stops a third party from locking you out from another network — but that margin is not unlimited: it has its own daily cap, and only your most recently used addresses benefit from it. After many failed attempts you may therefore be temporarily blocked from your own network. Another network remains usable, and the counters start over by themselves once the delay has passed.
A session opened without an account gives access to the identified device only, and to no other.
3. Free trial
Every device has a free 7-day trial, counted by our servers. When the trial ends, access requires an activation in progress.
4. Activation and billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. The pricing terms in force are shown at the moment of payment.
5. The user's responsibility
The user warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the source they configure. Stork Player accepts no responsibility for content reachable through a third-party source configured by the user.
6. Termination
To be completed before publication — The precise terms of termination by the user and by the publisher, to be defined before publication.
7. Governing law
To be completed before publication — Jurisdiction and governing law to be specified.
